Welcome to Off-Campus Housing

We provide information and resources to students, faculty, and staff of the University of Michigan who do not reside in the residence halls or U-M Northwood Community Apartments. "Off-Campus Housing" refers to any that is not University-owned or operated. This service helps U-M students, faculty, and staff find housing and provides ongoing resources and support during the length of their housing stay. These pages contain rental listings, conflict resolution services.
